Terms & Conditions

A minimum deposit of 50% of the total booking charge is required in advance to confirm the room booking, or for one night stays the full amount is payable. All payments/deposits are non-refundable. Cheques must be received 7 working days prior to your arrival.

If a booking is cancelled with less than 72 hours notice, or  if there is a 'no-show', then the full amount of the booking fee shall be taken from all credit/debit cards.

As from 1st July 2007 Gabrielle's will be totally no-smoking in all areas. Anyone found doing so or suspected of doing so (i.e. room smelling of smoke after departure) will be automatically charged £100 (via credit/debit cards) for fumigation costs and will not be allowed to stay at Gabrielle’s in the future.

No allowance can be made for meals not taken. Evening meals must be pre-ordered by 12 noon on the day they are required. There is an additional charge for evening meals.

A supplement of £15 per person per night is payable for single occupancy of a standard double room, and increments of £3 thereafter for each additional room type.

Rooms must be vacated one hour after breakfast on the day of departure.

The proprietors cannot be responsible for loss of guest's property.

The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is a part to that contract cause any detriment to the well-being or comfort of other guests, or who causes damage to the hotel and its fixture and fittings.

Accounts must be paid on arrival by cash or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard or Switch. Payments of accounts made by cheque will only be accepted 7 working days prior to arrival. As from 01.01.06 a £1 charge will be payable on all credit/debit card transactions.
